Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
