Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads within the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent closing activity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and target demographics.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Resident of the greater Los Angeles area.
