Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Ohio and Florida territories
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly sales activity reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific campaigns
- Travel 60-70% of time to client sites and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong network in Ohio and/or Florida business communities
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel extensively with flexible schedule availability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
