Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and digital prospecting within the Albuquerque metropolitan area
- Build and maintain client relationships using CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call volume
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized lead-generation campaigns
- Document all interactions accurately and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience required
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with Spanish fluency preferred

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
