What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to identify their needs.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target audiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
