Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Utilize provided leads and networking opportunities to identify and contact potential new clients in the Fort Worth and Florida markets.
- Client Meetings: Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to demonstrate product value and address customer needs.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and finalize sales agreements to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Travel Required: Maintain a consistent travel schedule to visit clients, attend networking events, and cover the assigned territory efficiently.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Gather market intelligence and feedback from clients to relay to the management team for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for territory coverage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Availability: Flexibility to travel within the assigned region (Fort Worth, TX & FL) and work a standard business schedule.
