Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and accurate handovers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
