Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM system and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaign initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Participate in quarterly sales training and industry certification programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time throughout Texas and Virginia regions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
