Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads during evening hours.
- Client Acquisition: Build rapport with decision-makers and present our premium services effectively.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and HubSpot, tracking all interactions and pipeline progress.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the morning team to ensure seamless handover of leads and account updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and basic office tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
