Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with 100%+ achievement rate
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively solve client challenges
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and peer knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience (SaaS background preferred)
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas consistently
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification
