Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital prospecting
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Weekly performance tracking and pipeline management
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales methodology workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
