Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and CRM automation
- Present tailored product solutions to potential clients using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly strategy sessions
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with verifiable track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in B2B sales environments
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
