- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, inventory, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
