Responsibilities
- Greet & Engage: Welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Drive Sales: Utilize product knowledge to educate customers and effectively upsell or cross-sell to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Transaction Management: Process sales quickly and accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all transactions are logged correctly.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and arranging displays according to company standards.
- Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Operational Support: Assist in inventory management and back-of-house operations as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
