Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound sales calls to qualified leads within assigned territories
- Present product solutions and close deals through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
