Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory (Columbus metro + surrounding counties)
- Acquire new business through cold calling, networking events, and industry referrals
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Maintain 15+ weekly face-to-face client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and forecast accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong background in SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise technology sales
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within Ohio territory
