Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive cold calling and networking in the San Jose area.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and effectively overcome customer objections.
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or retail management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mentality and competitive drive.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
