Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic account plans and campaigns.
- Provide expert consultation and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Document all sales activities and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for client meetings.
- Self-motivated individual with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
