Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product solutions and overcome objections to close sales over the phone.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow within the industry.
