Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain the value proposition to potential clients.
- Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, overcoming objections and negotiating contracts to close deals.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high retention rates through exceptional follow-up and service.
- Log all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline data accurately into Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for an uncapped commission structure.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
- Reliable transportation (for team building and local events).
