Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Engage potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads through CRM software.
- Close deals on the phone and over video conferencing during the night shift.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or account management.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts (shift: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
