Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaign strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image during all client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A self-starter attitude with a high level of motivation and drive for success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on growth.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote or hybrid work options.
