Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify and qualify high-value leads in the competitive B2B market.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and professional product demonstrations to showcase our premium services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track pipeline progress and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and enhance brand presence in the Florida market.
- Build a strong network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for client travel.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and exceeding performance goals in a commission-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on client retention.
