Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and digital channels during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques and personalized solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our product portfolio to local businesses
- Utilize CRM systems to meticulously track interactions, update records, and forecast sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and optimize sales processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to exceed quotas
- Resilience and adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for diverse Houston market
