Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads to generate a high volume of appointments.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients via phone and email.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and strong work ethic.
