As an Inside Sales Rep on the weekend shift, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects to determine their needs and fit for our service portfolio.
- Present product demonstrations and service overviews to potential clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or B2B sales (Preferred).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated and resilient in a high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
