Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the Charlotte metropolitan area to generate new business leads.
- Product Presentation: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services and products to local customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and superior customer service.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Contract Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals that align with both client needs and company goals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Driving: Must possess a valid, current driver's license and a clean driving record (required for local travel).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet client demands.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger to succeed, achieve targets, and a self-starter attitude with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
