Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track interactions, update customer data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends.
