- Generate and qualify 15+ leads daily through CRM and prospecting tools
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via video conferences and phone calls
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of hitting targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
