Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base in Ohio
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Present complex solutions tailored to client needs, driving revenue growth
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation
- Collaborate with marketing to identify and qualify high-potential leads
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven outside sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Strong background in B2B sales within SaaS or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
