Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with high-potential clients across Charlotte's key business districts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed weekend shift targets
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate complex B2B agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Host weekend client events and trade show activations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
