Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via video conferencing and phone demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
