- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
