Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly training sessions and product knowledge workshops
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in CRM with 95%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification (preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships count!)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce training provided)
- Highly motivated with competitive drive and resilience
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
