Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Actively engage customers to identify needs and present compelling product solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal store operations and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory features and benefits
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty program engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level welcome)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for off-site events)
