Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and present customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for professional growth and success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
