Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to identify sales opportunities.
- Present products/services to potential clients and overcome objections to close deals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for every prospect.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory expansion.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
