Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness and budget.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
- Manage and update client data accurately within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for a base salary plus bonus structure.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
