Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads, presenting our services to potential clients and booking qualified appointments.
- Build strong rapport with prospects and overcome objections to secure sales.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to strategize and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads consistently to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
