Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demos and consultations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Continuously refine sales techniques through ongoing training and coaching
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs and match solutions
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in independent and team settings
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential for weekday hybrid
