Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift hours (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
