Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present and demonstrate product solutions to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic follow-ups and value-driven communication
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95%+ activity targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and campaign messaging
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipelines and forecast revenue accurately
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor landscapes to position solutions effectively
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with resilience in handling objections
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and match solutions
