As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will engage with customers, showcase our products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience that keeps them coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that meet their specific needs and budget.
- Drive sales by actively promoting special offers, loyalty programs, and upselling opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for local travel to client sites (if applicable).
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
