Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Dallas and Georgia territories.
- Conduct high-quality cold calls, email campaigns, and networking to generate new leads and qualified appointments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific business needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaign strategies.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and manage CRM data to ensure visibility into sales performance.
- Travel occasionally within the territory (Dallas/GA) to meet key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Outside Sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a hunger for success.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
