As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through consultative selling techniques.
- Demonstrate our premium products/services and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-play activities to sharpen your closing skills.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
