Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume of outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate new sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update records, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local client meetings.
