Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact outbound sales calls to qualified leads across southeastern markets
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients in technology and healthcare sectors
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Conduct weekend shift coverage (Sat/Sun) with weekday hybrid flexibility

Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in B2B environments
