Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs while meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Present compelling product demonstrations and handle objections effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams for seamless handoffs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with consultative approach
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive environments
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
