Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to drive revenue growth for the Phoenix market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Accurately enter customer data and order information into the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
