- Identify and prospect new clients within the local market to expand our customer base.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a competitive territory.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
